Autumn Wreath DIY

I went to Hobby Lobby last week to buy a Fall wreath.  They didn’t have what I wanted, so I made one!

Everything I purchased was from Hobby Lobby including last years Grapevine Wreath.

I simply disassembled my old wreath and started all over again with the new items I purchased that day.

Supplies

  2.  Floral Supplies (listed below)

Determine whether you want the floral accents to be on the right or left.  I chose the left.

Beginning with the gold heather sprays, tuck the stem into the wreath and fold it either up or down.

Repeat the same process the opposite direction with a second heather spray.

Repeat this process with the red & orange berry picks.

They will sit in front of the heather picks.

Hot glue the bow into the center of the sprays.

Next, tuck the stem of the white hydrangea pick just above the bow.

And the orange dahila pick above that the hydrangea.

Your wreath should look like this so far.

Next, tuck one of the berries and leaves picks into the wreath just below the bow.

Add the second berries and leaves pick below that.

Add the last heather spray at bottom of the berries and leaves spray.

Tuck the pumpkin spray into the center of the two berries and leaves picks.

Fluff and straighten the berries, acorns, pinecones, and leaves.

Hot glue the “hi” sign to the outer right side, top, and bottom.

Autumn Wreath DIY

Stick the command hook onto outer door.

Hang wreath.  Enjoy and admire your beautiful work!!!

This wreath cost me a total of $28.73 to make (don’t forget, I used an old grapevine wreath).  It’s cheaper than any wreath you can buy and in my own bias opinion, it’s prettier than any wreath I could have boughten!
